Resources and other support

If you, or someone you know, are experiencing mental health problems or need urgent support, there are a number of places you can turn to for help.
There are several organisations who provide support and advice for people who are either suffering or know someone with mental health issues. In addition to this, the NHS has an online guide for accessing mental health services through the NHS.
